Mandi has a diverse background in HR, served as the COO of a high level organization, and was the Executive Director of Leadership Hastings for four years.​

John's background is in sales and telecommunications.  He was #1 in the region at his previous company and has grown into a top producer and leader.  John is currently #37 all time in personal sales!

JR has a sales and leadership background in telecommunications.  Starting in 2014, he has grown into a top producer and trainer.  JR is currently #45 all-time in sales.

Jake came from retail store management.  He is a hard worker and former collegiate athlete.

Dominique was a senior in college looking for a career.  After several interviews, he landed here in 2018 and has grown into a sales and leadership veteran. 

Saun came to us with previous sales and insurance experience. He was instantly a top producer when he started in 2008.  He is a part of $1M Round Table and a great field trainer.

Jon came from a retail management and logistics background and has a construction background.  He quickly became a key leader here.

Ryan has a law enforcement background.  He held the record for fastest start on the team and has also quickly moved into a training and leadership position.
